Earl's Letter regarding the May 4th Lads to Leaders Meeting

Brethren,

Enclosed are the notes from the Lads to Leaders Meeting of Sunday May 4th.

Also enclosed are the "Activity Forms" as well as copies of the rules for "Know the Books" which the Elders have determined is mandatory for 2008-2009.

You may do "Know the Books" with Eugene Fox or with Earl Ash. This must be done all at once, however, you can quote the books of the New Testament and then we will give you a list of the books and you can tell the themes. The themes listed are only suggestions from L2L, if you give us a reasonable theme of your own creation, that will be fine.

Please note that Kindergarten and First Graders are exempt from this requirement. Please read the rules to see what is required at the appropriate grade and level.

Please select at least 2 additional items, remembering our focus areas, and turn the sheets in to me as soon as possible.

Also enclosed is the handout that Dick Dimit covered on behalf of the Elders.
